Alchemax is a research company, based in a private technological campus in Hudson Valley, New York on Earth-1610.
History[]
At one point Alchemax would created a race of genetically modified arachnids with one of them escaping and latter bitten Peter Parker transfroming him into Spider-Man a thing that was unknown by the organization.
In 2018, Fisk employed Alchemax to work on a device that would reunite him with his wife and son, even if they were from another dimension.
Around that time, Alchemax was also sponsoring the upcoming Visions Academic Decathlon of Brooklyn Visions Academy.
Their laboratory was at one point infiltrated by at least four Spider-People (two Peter Parkers, Miles Morales, and Gwen Stacy) during the development stage of the Super-Collider.
