Eugene Patilio also known as Frog-Man is a villain from an unknown universe captured by the Spider-Society.

Biography

At some point in time Eugene became the villain Frog-Man and fought his universe's Spider-Man, however sometime later he would be transported to an unknown reality. The Spider-Society noticed this and so captured him and he would be one of the villains that would boo the Spider-Society when they chase Miles Morales.
