Herman Schultz, also known as Shocker, is a supervillain that rules over Brooklyn, New York City on Earth-42.

Biography

At some point in time, Herman Schultz became the villain Shocker. Because there are no Spider-Man in his universe, Shocker was able to rule over Brooklyn alongside the Sinister Six, Hammerhead, Gog, Slyde and Grizzly. Together, the villains started making their company each for their ruling with Shocker's being called Shock.
