Mary Jane "MJ" Watson-Parker, also refereed simply as Mary Jane Watson or Mary Jane Parker, is a low-profile actress and a high professional model as well as the wife of Peter Benjamin Parker. Being initially a normal party girl with a difficult home life, after meeting Peter at one point during their college year she end up falling in love with him and eventually married him, but later, after many disappointments both in her and his life the two divorce ending up with both of their hearth heartbroken.
After his ex husband was inspired by his encounter with the young Miles Morales on another universe they get back together again with their relationship being stronger than before. Mary Jane is also one of the few people who knows Spider-Man's secret identity, as she still supports him as his closest friend and confidant as she become the mother of her newborn daughter Mayday Parker, who was named after her husband's late aunt.

Mary Jane Watson was born on 1980 in New York City. Watson had a difficult home life and she and her mother had many problems thanks to the abused from her father for years as she grew, she would developed a reckless personality, stopping to take things seriously as she began to go to parties and have "fun" as a way to hide her insecurities.
However, her mother died, ending with her moving with her aunt, Anna. His aunt was friends with their neighbors the Parkers sometimes talking him about her friend's nephew. In her teens she attend Midtown High School where even though she would see Peter she did not have the opportunity to talk to him during his high school years since she considered him a nerd.[3]
Meeting Peter Parker[]

At some point during college Mary Jane Watson finally meet Peter Benjamin Parker and would eventually falling in love with him, becoming his friend and eventually his girlfriend, dating him a bunch of times. Some time later Peter B. Parker reveals to her that he was secretly the masked superhero known as Spider-Man, making the relationship between the two grow stronger.
That would make Peter eventually ask her to marry him which MJ would happily accept, managing to end up marrying him in a Jewish ceremony while MJ still decided to keep her last name merging it with the one of it's husband. Although their married life was happy at first, due to her husband's work as a superhero their marriage began to become difficult.
Due to how close her husband is exposed to death every day, there are times when Mary Jane won't sleep, staying awake worrying about Peter. Things would only get worse with the passing of the years, with bad investments by her husband in an attempt to improve their economic situation and some time later, the death of May Parker.
After May's death, Peter Parker would be devastate having a broken heart. Despite the fact that Mary Jane wanted to support him after that loss, Peter would start to distance himself from her and vice versa. When she reveals to her husband about her desire to have children Peter would refuse her proposal, afraid of losing her too. Wanting to "protect" her, Peter would later divorce her, leaving Mary Jane heartbroken. Despite the fact that Mary tried to mend their relationship, Peter let MJ walk away to the point where she stopped trying.
A New Hope[]
Some time later, Mary Jane suddenly sees Peter Parker in front of her doorstep with some flowers and a smile managing to surprised Mary Jane, who unintentionally smiles hoping that this is a sign that could help them rebuild their relationship, a sentiment shared by Peter.
Becoming a Mother[]
Peter and Mary Jane reconciled and they got married again, even tough she sometimes still used her née name. At the same time, Peter Parker would have a daughter named May Parker named after Peter's aunt May. He also gain a huge love for his daughter, hoping that she can become like Miles, since he started to missed him to the point of believing that if he did a good job raising her he could accomplish that dream.
After his daughter inherited his powers and was already wall-crawling before she was one year old. Peter made her a Web-Shooter, even though he would end up regretting it later. Unable to paid or leave Mayday with any normal babysitters, Peter would take her to his work as Spider-Man, even though MJ asked not to bring her into any fights. As Peter began to take care of her daughter he would began to take many pictures of her as he defend the city as Peter teach Mayday how to use her powers so she couldn't make the same mistakes he did during his life.
Comforting Peter[]
After Peter returns from the Spider Society, Mary Jane goes to check up on Peter as he puts Mayday to bed. She asks Peter if he brought their baby to another fight, with Peter denying that he did since she asked him not to. Peter asks if he'll be any good at raising Mayday, with Mary Jane wondering why he's asking that now. She then says that there's no playbook for raising someone like Mayday, or being someone like Peter. She says that you just have to make the right adjustments at halftime. She then says that that's a sports metaphor, with Peter understanding. She then jokingly apologizes, saying that Peter was such a nerd in high school, she figured. Peter then says he has watched sports, with Mary Jane patting him and saying okay champ, and walking off. Peter later leaves with Mayday to join Gwen's team, telling Mayday to not tell her.

- In the comics, Mary Jane Watson was Peter's college classmate and Harry Osborn's girlfriend. Peter and MJ would not enter into a relationship until the death of Peter's girlfriend, Gwen Stacy.
- While in this adaptation, Peter divorces Mary Jane due to the fear of having children. In the comics, Peter would make a deal with the demon Mephisto, managing to erase the marriage from the existence after his identity was revealed during the Civil War event and in order to save the life of Aunt May. This was probably changed due to how controversial and hated the storyline is among fans.
