Maxwell "Max" Dillon also known as Electro is a supervillain and a member of the Sinister Six cartel which rules Brooklyn, New York on Earth-42.
Biography[]
At some point in time Maxwell Dillon gained electric abilities and became the villain known as Electro, he later on joined the Sinister Six cartel. Together the six members of the 6 ruled over New York with an iron fist with each making a different company for their ruling Electro's being called ELECTROnics.
