Biography

Because there are no Spider-Man in his universe, Maxwell Markham was able to rule over New York City alongside the Sinister Six, Hammerhead, Shocker, Gog and Slyde. Each villain started to make their own corporation, with Maxwell Markham's corporation called Griz.
