History[]
Peter Parker Moving In[]
The Parker Residence had been the home to Ben Parker and his wife May Parker since they were married. In 1986, their five year old nephew, Peter Parker, moved in with them after his parents were killed in a plane crash overseas. Since then, Peter was raised by his uncle and aunt as if he was their own son, and Peter would look up to them as if they were his parents.
Ben Parker's Death[]
In 1996, Peter was bitten by a radioactive spider and gained the proportionate powers of a spider. He used them to earn some money so he can help his aunt and uncle pay the bills, however shortly after he would let a thief escape, following those events Ben Parker was shot to death by the thief when he tried to robbed the house profoundly breaking Peter's hearth but at the same time inspiring him to become the masked superhero known as Spider-Man.
May Parker's Death[]
Later Peter would move to a new house once he married Mary Jane, but they still visited the house as well as May whenever they could. Unfortunately May passed away leaving the house with no one to take care of it as there was no money to maintain the rent for it, it was foreclosure.
After these events Peter and Mary Jane split up and since Peter didn't have the enough money to buy his former house back he started to live on a dilapidated apartment.
The Parker Family[]
After Peter and Mary Jane mend their relationship and decide to get back together, Peter with the help of Mary Jane managed to buy the house back, starting to live in it ever since. It would also be the place where Mayday would be born and grow up, which would have a cradle where she would rest.
Mayday Parker's Naptime[]
After returning from a fight against the Spider-Society, Peter returns home to put his daughter to sleep. Feeling bad for "betraying" Miles and not telling him the truth. They would be confronted by her wife who would ask him if he took her daughter to another fight to which Peter would deny it only to be discovered by her a couple of minutes later.
After these events, MJ would tell Peter how people like him or his daughter can never have a normal life and that in their lives there are no playbooks due to their abilities, for which Peter accepts only to offend him once she reminds him of his years as a high school student.
Visiting from the Spider-Gang[]
While Peter was sleeping he would be woken up by his daughter noticing that Gwen Stacy had opened a portal outside his house, surprising him but at the same time smiling discovering what she was trying to do. Some time later the new incarnation of the Spider-Gang stood on the roof of the Parker Residence.
